Terms of Service

• All consultations are conducted online via Google Meet.
• Consultation fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Consultation fee will be adjusted against the full design fee if the client proceeds with a complete interior project within 30 days.
• Consultation includes professional advice and recommendations only. Drawings, 3D views, and detailed designs are not included.
• Clients may share floor plans and reference images before the session for better guidance.
• Consultation bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.
• Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled consultation. Requests received after this period may be treated as a completed session.
• The consultation duration will be limited to the selected package. Any additional time may be chargeable at the studio’s discretion.
